Active Adventure

Cabin Fever Adventures offers wilderness trips in the disciplines of: Canoeing, Hiking, Sea Kayaking, Cycle Touring, Mountain Biking, Fly-Fishing, Educational Trips, and Photography Tours. Our trips are active wilderness adventures and range in difficultly from advanced reguiring previous experience and strong physical conditioning to beginner, requiring not previous skill and only a moderate level of physical fitness.

Typical Day

Many of our experiences are based in the remote wilderness back-country which Canada and the Yukon Territory are famous for. Rising to the smell fresh coffee followed by a day of wilderness solitude, fresh air, good company and wildlife sightings are normal experience when traveling with Cabin Fever Adventures.

Age range, type of group

Our trips are suitable for all ages. We have a line of product for summer 2010 gear towards active seniors and near-seniors and trips appropriate for families as well. Independent travelers and groups are welcomed and custom dates and itineraries are available upon request.

Sleeping and meals

Most of our trips involve camping in tents and our luxury camping trips include tents tall enough to stand up inside and comfortable sleeping cots to rest upon. We often cook over a campfire or trail stove on our wilderness trips, while our Active Tours products involve transportation by small bus and accommodation in hotels and lodges with active wilderness day excursions included.
