Description of Surrounding Area

The Koa Resort is a small complex of about 54 units which sits on over 5 acres of luch tropical gardens. Its very quiet and peaceful. It has a resort style huge pool that starts at 2 ft and goes to 8ft. with lots of lounge chairs in and out of the sun. We also have tennis courts, ping pong table, putting green and a rec. area for get togethers. there are several grills spread out of the grounds, one is right around the corner from this unit.

There is plenty of parking, and yes there is even a golf cart you can use to help you with luggage or groceries. The key is on a hook by the front door. Inside you will have everything you need to feel at home. For your comfort there is even central air (most units do not have air). We have decorated in Hawaiian style decor to make you feel right at home in our island paradise.

This townhome has 3 bedrms & 2 baths. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room along with a port-a-play pen and folding mattress.

Amenities

There are t.v.s in every room. In the living room there is a DVD player. We also have wireless internet & cable hook-up. We have free long distance phone calls to the mainland U.S. and Canada. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrella and a cooler. In the hall closet, there is a washer & dryer.

Restrictions

no pets or no smoking aloud. you can smoke in the rec area by the tennis courts ONLY.
