Whitewater Rafting in the Smoky Mountains

Come ride 6 1/2 miles of class I thru class 4 rapids and large waves through the scenic Cherokee National Forest located between Asheville and Knoxville along I-40 near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN. The Pigeon River is one of the most trilling and newest whitewater runs in the southeast with exciting rapids known as Lost Guide, Vegomatic and Accelerator.

Typical Day

The Upper section of the Pigeon River has class 1 thru class 4 rapids and last approximately 2 hours. The Lower section of the Pigeon River has class 1 thru class 2 with 1 class 3 at the end.

Age range, type of group

For the Upper section you must be 8 years old or 70lbs, and for the Lower section you must be 3 years old.

Restrictions

We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy, 10 day cancellation notice for groups of 10 or more.
