Often when you are in an overwhelmed state over job stress or life stress, you don't see ways that you can break the cycle. This retreat can help you do this, but first, you have to give yourself permission to stop whatever you are doing and come anyway. The most potent healing moment in this retreat is when you decide to let yourself come and make a reservation to do it. You open to change, even though it may seem impossible to take the first step. Creative assignments are designed to nourish the participant as you process the burnout experience in ways to transform your work experience. Working alone part of the time, you will be listening, reading, journaling, meditatively being centered by the volcanic mountains of Teide. We will create spaces for fire purification with the stars while making time for a 24 hour fast.

Typical Day

Our goal is always to create the dynamic manifestation of your greatest untapped potential. The programs are holistic, mind-body-spirit in approach, with a focus on direct personal experience as the path to transformation.

Age range, type of group

Our retreats are for the dedicated hearted. They are relaxing but creatively active. A usual day starts around eight with yoga then a bright breakfast taken out in the open. Then we may listen to one of our orators which questions and discussion is always encouraged. After a light Lunch there will be a group exercise and journaling before the delicious evening meal. We end the night with an entertaining feel.

Sleeping and meals

Our retreat consists of different little houses, each with its own personality and style: Most have showers and toilet facilities, and some have their own kitchens, however our wonderful chef will be providing all our food served with care, affection and creativity. Our retreat offers meeting rooms, gardens, wide kitchen, magnificent swimming pool, solarium, workshops, and different spaces for relaxing and enjoyment. Most of our gatherings will be held out in the elements as we enjoy wonderful tropical weather here in the Canaries.

Our dolphin swim entail a once in a lifetime opportunity to get up close and personal with our dolphins for an exhilarating and unforgettable and educational experience. An opportunity to spend time in the regenerating power of nature and the elements.
