What a treat! we haven;t stayed there yet but intend to this summer. The view is spectacular, the cabins are really neat, clean and cute. The little birdhouses and things in the woods show the owners sense of humour and love of the place. A real find!!!

Description of Surrounding Area

A beautiful back to country retreat for those who love the experience of basic camping. We have two cozy cabins accessible by walking through a wooded 5 minute trail. Each cabin has battery lights, compost toilet inside and outside toilets too.Water is supplied for wash/drinking. Some utensils(cooking-silverware), wood stove/wood , cooking propane campstove/ BBQ, picnic tables, firepit and beautiful lookoff area with horseshoe pits, kids play area, and trails to explore the woods and beach nearby . Local fishing, general store in nearby village. Nearby tourist attractions /adventures. Tents can be used on lot ,with extra costs.

Our famous "Lovins Trees" are along the trail. Many have left their hearts in a special way on this tree. A variety of creative things/art to see along the way .We have never had a negative remark made from anyone who has stayed with us. Many return guests each year.

Description of Rooms/Cabins

Our cabins are 16 X 20 feet, open concept. Cupboard space, table/benches; bunkbeds, futton bed. Sleeps 4-5. Clean & cozy. Outside deck with terrific view.

Travel Evangeline Trail to Digby, N.S.. Travel route 217 on Digby Neck to the village of Little River. - 25 miles from Digby.In Little River to Tommys Branch Road for J&C Ottoview Cabins Home Office.( 20 Tommys Branch Road) Cabins are at the Little River Ottoview Look Off site.Our rates are $68.00 per night taxes included or $350.00 weekly. Two cabins rented by group receive discount.

Specialties to explore are whale watching. fishing from the local wharf for fresh mackeral, pollack etc. Nearby lobster for sale. A visit to a local llama farm and sand/rock beaches for the beach combers. Great sunsets... Within short distance to ferry to travel to Balancing RocK and other tourist sites on Brier Island. Seasonal events are all around the area.
