Home to the majestic Niagara Escarpment Grey county features some of Ontario's best hiking,cycling,paddling and climbing. The Bruce Trail winds it's way along the Escarpment through spectacular cliffs,valleys,waterfalls,streams and meadows. The best skiing in Southern Ontario is right here - at Blue Mountain and Talisman. And Grey county is quickly emerging as Ontario's newest golf destination with 17 courses to choose from.
In between there is plenty to explore: dazzling fall colours,an abundant apple harvest,and picturesque towns offering unique shopping,regional cuisine and cultural experiences for the whole family.
RV Park
A 30 acre campground with a total of 130 sites available either on a daily basis or for the whole season. Full service lots with 30 amp power, water and a sewer connection are 50' x 50' with a gravel driveway to park your unit. Basic service lots with 15 amp power and a water connection are 30' x 30' and are grassy lots. Tent sites eare located along the river and are well treed. 19 acres of the campground remain in it's natural state with over 1/2 mile of trails along the river. Several other other hiking trails wind their way throughout the property. A hydro dam on the river provide two distinctly different sections of the river.

Rooms/Cabins
A rental cabin is available which sleeps five. It comes equipped with a fridge,hotplate,microwave,toaster oven,toaster and a coffee maker. All cooking and eating utensils are provided as are all linens for the beds.
A propane barbeque is located on the cabin deck for your use.
Amenities
Located in the park is a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard court and horseshoe pits for your use at no charge. For the children there are two playgrounds with swings, slides, climbing forts and a trampoline.
The public washrooms have flush toilets and hot showers for your convienience.
Services Offered
On site RV repairs are available by a licensed RV technician as well as a supply of RV parts and acccesories.

Rental paddle boats and canoes are available as well as rental bicycles of all sizes for all ages.
Restrictions
Pets are allowed and the leash rule applies in the camping area and owners must clean up behind their animals.
Rates & Availability
Tent site rates are $24.00 per night. Basic site rates are $28.00 per night. Full service rates are $32.00 per night.The cabin rate is $50.00 per night. Weekly rates are six times the daily rate(one night free).
Seasonal rates are $1,100.00 for a site and $150.00 for a sewer connection and $150.00 for winter storage(2009 season).
Paddle boats rates are $20.00 per day and canoes are $10.00 per day.
Bicycles rates are $8.00 per day.
Directions
We are located 5kms(3mi) north of the town of Durham just off Hwy #6. From the 401 highway take the #295 exit at Guelph and travel north for 110kms(70mi) and look for the blue tourism sign marked "Amazing Rocky Park Campground" and turn right,and travel 3/4 of a kilometre(1/2 mile) to our location.
