Description of Surrounding Area

We are located in the historical Ute Pass of the Rocky Mountains at the entrance to Pikes Peak; only 5 miles west of Manitou Springs, and 6 miles west of Colorado Springs. We are nestled on 2+ acres in the mountains, with beautiful mountain views. The Lodge is rented frequently for family reunions, weddings, retreats, and vacation getaways. We are near all of the area attractions, such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, US Air Force Academy, Colorado College, US Olympic Training Center, the North Pole & Santa's Workshop, Seven Falls, Focus on the Family, River Rafting, Biking, Hiking, Jeeping, Golfing, Hot Air Balloon Flights, Fishing, and much, much more.

The Colorado Lodge is a Bed & Breakfast Inn with 6 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. It was built in 1936 of unique rough hewn logs, and the interior is knotty pine. Nearly all of our guests walk into our great room and are totally "awed" by it's magnificence, and the rustic, yet elegant beauty of the Lodge. Guests can enjoy the privacy of their comfortable room, or mingle with the other guests in our common Great Room where our large rock fireplace awaits them. Guests can also sit outside and enjoy the crisp, clean mountain air, smell the scent of pine trees, and enjoy the outdoor hot tub while taking in the mountains by day and the western stars by night.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Each room has a queen size bed, private bathroom, and cable TV/DVD player in them. Each room will accommodate 2 people. Also, one of the rooms is it's own Luxury Suite, complete with it's own sitting room, fireplace, jetted tub for two, body spray shower for two, and breakfast can be served in suite for guests staying in the Luxury Suite!

Amenities

All of our Colorado Springs Bed & Breakafst guests enjoy our signature 3 course breakfast each morning, just bring a hearty appetite! We are widely praised for our food, and have frequently been told by guests that have stayed in many B&B's throughout the US and the world, that our breakfasts far surpass them all. There is a fireplace in the great room for the guests to enjoy, and an outdoor hot tub as well. Also outdoors is a horseshoe pit. Indoors we offer movies to watch in your room, games for the challenger, as well as our Butler's Pantry which we have available at all times to our guests a refrigerator, microwave, and beverages such as coffee, tea, cocoa and snacks.

Restrictions

No pets, No smoking indoors (designated smoking area outside only). Children 12 and up are welcome in the Bed & Breakfast Lodge. Children of ALL ages are welcome in our cabin, cottage or in the Lodge for family reunions and such.

Rates & Availability

Entire Lodge rents for $700 per night during our low season, and $850 per night during the high season and all holidays.Bed & Breakfast rooms rents from $105-$199 per night during the low season, and $125-$225 per night during the high season and all holidays.The Cabin rents for $175 per night during the low season, and $199 per night during the high season and all holidays.The Cottage rents for $125 per night during the low season, and $150 per night during the high season and all holidays.A 5% discount is given when you rent all 3 of our facilities for at least 5 nights or more (weekends, high season, holidays & local events excluded).
