Description of Surrounding Area

In the heart of the Willamette Valley near many local attractions including local wineries, beautiful gardens and of course shopping. Adjacent to Oregons newest and largest Outlet Mall. Annual Tulip Festival in Woodburn Mid March to Mid April; Oregon Garden in nearby Silverton; Silver Falls State Park boasts of 10 water falls; St. Paul Rodeo July 4th Weekend; Woodburn Drag strip. Oktoberfest in September; just minutes from Oregon State Fair in Salem; Antiquing in nearby Aurora; The Oregon Coast and the magnificent Cascade Mountain Range are within easy driving distance.

From I-5 take Woodburn Exit #271 - Go West 1 Block - Turn right on Arney Road and proceed to stop sign. Turn right at stop sign. First drive on the left behind Starbucks and Elmers Steak House.
