Description of Surrounding Area

Heber Springs is located in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains adjacent to Greers Ferry Lake(40,000 acres) and the Little Red River. Greers Ferry Lake is frequented by boaters, scuba divers, fisherman, and those who simply want to relax on the beach. The Little Red River is the home for the world record brown trout and provides quality trout fishing 12 months of the year. There are also several golf courses in the region including Mountain Ranch which has frequently been rated the number one public course in the state. Antique and craft shops within blocks of the inn.

Each of our 15 guests rooms has it's own private bath and are decorated with quilts and country antiques.We opened a full service catering business in Aug of 2001 to service our guests and the local community. A large Great Room is the centerpiece of activity with it's stone fireplace, big screen TV, small library, comfortable couches, and refreshment center. We also have two private dining rooms which are frequently used for private lunches, dinners, and meetings. The front of the inn faces Springs Park and both the porch and balcony are furnished with benches and chairs to kick back and relax in while watching the world go by.

Description of Rooms/Suites

The majority of our rooms are furnished with one queen sized bed, but we do have three rooms that are furnished with two queens. All are decorated with country antiques, quilts, and handmade doilies. Seven of our rooms have cable TV.

Amenities

We are a B&B but we also offer in house catering for any food functions. For our business travelers we provide access to fax machines, PC's, and the Internet. Our private dining rooms double as meeting rooms, one seating 8 and the other 18.

Children welcome. All rooms non-smoking. Smoking permitted on porches and balconies.

Rates & Availability

Rates range from $65 to $84 depending on the season and number of guests. Corporate, government, and group rates also available.

We specialize in custmizing packages for groups and individuals involving fly fishing, golf, knitting, cooking, and many more. This allows our guests to tailor their vacation to the level of activity that they desire.

Directions

From Little Rock take I-30 east to SR67 north.
Take SR67 north to SR5 in Cabot and turn left(north)
Follow the signs towards Heber Springs and turn left on SR25B.
Turn right when SR25B intersects with SR110 and drive ten blocks.
We are located directly accross from Spring Park on the right side of the street.
