Vacation Rentals and a Plantation B&B Inn with four rooms and suites. We are located on the Sunny Southshore of Kauai in the number one beach community of Kauai. Poipu Beach and Brennecke's beaches start with a 200 yard walk along our little street. Surfing, swimming and snorkeling are all right here. Great area also for walks to the beach and at night to see the sunsets and stars. Numerous fine restaurants are within walking distance and others within a few minute drive. Other attractions include hiking, horse back riding, shopping and just being lazy on the beach!

Vacation Rental Property

Our accommodations consist of Nine Vacation Rentals (7 1bd/bath, 2 2bd/2bath) with full kitchens in one and two bedrooms with options in Ocean, Scenic and Garden Views. Next to our Vacation Rentals is our 1938 Plantation House with a wonderful Honeymoon Suite, the Master Bedroom Suite and our King and Queen Rooms. Each with their own bathroom and breakfast and housekeeping daily for adult guests. All spaces are air conditioned with many nice features.

Amenities

In addition to our wonderful accommodations, our staff is available each day to assist you with activity planning. We offer discounts for some activity companies, directions to other beaches and hikes around the island and advise about restaurants and any other interest you may have. We also have a deck area with barbecues and a hot tub under the stars. Beach towels, mats, chairs and other supplies are available in the office for guest use.

Services Offered

Breakfast and Housekeeping is provided for B and B guests. Daily housekeeping service is also available for Vacation Rentals. Coin laundry is conveniently located for all guests. Massage in your room or on our grounds is available by appointment.

Restrictions

Smoking is welcome outdoors. Children are welcome in the Vacation Rentals and B and B is limited to adult guests.

Rates & Availability

Plan ahead for the best choice of units and views. Book a year in advnace for Christmas through March. Advance deposits are required and cancellation policies apply.Standard rates are based on a 3 night minimum (5 nights for some dates and units and Winter Holiday). Discounts for booking direct with our office are based on length of stay for 5, 7,and 14 or more nights.

Directions

Arrival directions are provided with your room confirmation. It is a 14 mile drive from the airport to our facility.

Discounts Offered

Discounts are based on the number of consequitive nights in one accommodation.No discounts are offered during the Holiday Season.
