We have it all in smaller quantity compared to bigger cities but there is no other place that offers city fun and access to the great outdoors as well as this area. Accommodations
Auberge-sur-lac in located on a beautiful lakefront estate, high on a bluff offering a fantastic view of the lake as well as access to paths leading to even more remote lakes. You may pick blueberries on the grounds, enjoy the sound of the loon calls, cruise the lake by paddleboat, swim around the dock or at the beach, meditate by a tree or in the main foyer with cathedral ceiling, do business in our fully-equipped office with access to the Net, savour delicious candlelit breakfasts, and treat yourself to the Romance packages available.

Rooms/Suites
The "piece de resistance" is the Sunset Suite with a large ensuite bathroom, a double Jacuzzi overlooking the sunset on the lake, and a queen-size bed with the view of both the sunset and the sunrise! The Morning Sun room also has a queen bed and has the morning light streaming through the window. The Blueberry room with its double bunk bed and cot is perfect for up to four people and families.

Restaurants, night clubs, gyms, and conference facilities are only a five minute drive away.
Business travellers have access to our fully-equipped office with computer, scanner, printer, photocopier, fax-machine, and cordless telephone.
Sports enthusiasts may borrow skis, snowshoes, skates, paddleboat, and bicycles to get some exercise or simply take peaceful walks by the lake or on the trails.

There is plenty of reading material to enjoy in the privacy of your own room or in the Meditation room with cathedral ceiling, a perfect place to contemplate and relax.

This is the Romantic Evening package. The same service is offered with the Sweetheart package only it has the added pleasure of a bottle of Champage on ice and a basket of bath & body care items for extra pampering.

The I Died & Went to Heaven package has all of the above plus a dozen long-stem red roses to offer to your loved-one or as a gift certificate for any occasion.
Esthetician and masseuse services are available by appointment.

There are no restrictions except that smoking is only allowed outdoors.
Rates & Availability
The Sunset Suite is $165. The Morning Sun & the Blueberry rooms are $75 for single occupancy and $85 for double. Five (5) to ten dollars is added for extra people in the rooms.

Directions
When coming from the South via Highway 69, turn left on South Lane road which is just 1.5 kilometers north from the Welcome Centre as you approach Sudbury. South Lane Road is by McFarlane Lake.
When coming from any other direction, you may find Highway 69 South via the Hwy 17E and the 17W by-pass or coming through Sudbury from the North (Hwy 144N). Once on Hwy 69S, pass the intersection where there is the O.P.P. on the right-hand side and the Brockdan Hotel on the left-hand side, pass the next sign for Henri street, and turn right at the next corner, South Lane road.
Once on South Lane road, travel exactly 2.3 kilometers to our B&B at 1672 South Lane. We are situated on the lake-side, McFarlane Lake, on the apex of a hill where there is a little red mailbox at the road indicating the street address and desplaying the B&B sign.
