Description of Surrounding Area

Isla Mujeres is twenty minutes by ferry from Cancun. The condo is on the secluded south end of Isla Mujeres just across the road from a great white sand beach. It is in walking distance to Garafon with near shore reef snorkeling, scuba diving, restaurants, shops, and, a 900-year-old Maya ruin. A private and two public beaches are in front of the condo for ocean access, dramatic views and private space.

The Condo is in a private (wall/gates) setting with a swimming pool and sculpted gardens. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and balcony. All you need is there - cooking and eating utensils, sheets, towels, books, snorkel gear, bikes, etc. Maid service is available for cleaning and laundry. There are several fine resturants nearby and "El Centro" (North end of the island) has many great restaurants and shops.

It has a two bedrooms (air-conditioner in each), two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and balcony. Each bedroom has two beds - a single and a double.
