The suite is beautifully furnished in the bright colors of traditional Mexico. Cool greens and sunny yellows make you feel as if you just walked into a post card.The suite has two levels, the master suite being down with it's own terrace, full wash room with shower and walk in closet.Upstairs is the kitchen, full bath, dining room, living room, another terrace with a built in stainless steel gas grill. The living room comes complete with a very comfortable sofa bed, that can be closed off from the rest of the suite, to offer complete privacy.Lay back and enjoy the reflective light as it passes through the arched stained glass window.Vista Mar is a small building with only ten units and boasts its own private swimming pool for just our complex.The view from any where in Vista Mar is absolutly breath taking, including the pool deck.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The suite sleeps four very comfortably and has one bedroom with queen size bed. The living room has a very comfortable brand new sofa bed that can be closed off to offer complete privacy.There are two full wash rooms, one ensuite to the master bed room and one off the living room.

Amenities

The suite is fully equipped to make your stay as nice as possible.We offer 56 channel cable, color 25" flat screen T.V.,VCR/DVD, five disc CD player, tape and radio in the living room. Master bedroom also has 21" flat screen TV with DVD, 5 disc stereo.The kitchen is fully equipped, including blender, food processor, even a martini shaker. We also have custom china, lagostina flatware, wine glasses, etc. all for eight.Telephone is available for local calls only.

Restrictions

We have no real restrictions at Vista Mar, but do ask that people who smoke do so on any of the two terraces.Maximum four persons and our home is not suitable for children under 10.

Rates & Availability

All rates are listed in US$ and we usually rent from Sat. to Sat. Special exceptions can sometimes be arranged re days, so please ask.

Summer 2009 April 4 - Oct. 31/09 US$550.00 per week

Fall 2009 Nov. 1/09 - Dec. 19/09 US$675.00 per week

Christmas/New years Dec. 19/09 - Jan. 2/10 US$1025.00 per week

Winter Season Jan. 2nd to April 17th/2010) US$800.00 per week.

The earlier you book the better as things, especially between Oct and June book up fast.But it is best to e-mail us and check on dates available. We can usually get back to you the same day.

Other Information

The beach which offers a full array of water sports, banana boating, para sailing and personal water craft rentals is a ten minute walk from the condo.

Located on the hillside on the south edge of the "Old Town"Full directions will be given before departure.
